In this section you will find various applications of the ASEF corporate identity for print.

In order to ensure a consistent brand identity to all of our stakeholders, all email correspondences from ASEF and its staff should use a standardised email signature format.
Please note that the signature is only meant for emails towards externals and should not be used for internal emails among ASEF staff. To maintain a more personal tone, emails should be signed off with your name, and not just the email signature.
The signature template is provided below, and has been formatted with the appropriate font, sizes, and weights. No changes to formatting are necessary.
All staff are advised to copy and paste the template below into your automated signature in MS Outlook, with appropriate changes made to your particular information.
Please copy-paste the email signature from the ASEF Email Signature Template. This template also contains instructions on how to change your email signature in Outlook.
Capitalise ‘ASEF’ and ‘ASEM’ when indicating the URL of online communication platforms (before the “/” only):

A QR Code, short for “Quick Response Code” is a type of optical barcode that contains information when scanned by an appropriate reader. QR Code readers are nowadays commonplace with mobile devices that allow users to quickly access information, the most common applications being accessing websites or subscription pages, contact information, videos, and other experiential media.
As a standard QR code to the ASEF corporate website, the following code may be used to complement existing collaterals:
As a general rule of thumb, QR codes should be used minimally and should not distract nor dominate the rest of the document or collateral contents.
If QR codes are used within ASEF-branded documents, there is no need to use the ASEF logo within the QR code.
